If you use our actual Oxfordshire postcode you may be directed to a location which is a mile away as the crow flies but just under 5 miles away by road. Depending on your sat nav you may also be directed up narrow lanes only suitable for farm vehicles.

Driving Directions from the South East (London)

• Take M40 from London.
• Leave at Exit 7 A329 (Thame, Stadhampton)
• Turn right and follow A329 to Thame.
• From the Thame roundabout take the A418 to Oxford, after approx 0.75 mile turn right toward Shabbington, Ickford and Worminghall.
• Go through Shabbington, past Ickford and at the Worminghall X roads carry straight on towards Stanton St John. (DO NOT TURN LEFT TOWARDS WATERPERRY).
• After approx 1 mile you go over the M40 bridge, then past Thomley Grove Cattery, pass the farm buildings on the left and after approx 100 yards, take the next left (Smith's Lane).
• Common Leys Farm can be found at the bottom of the lane on the right. At the green security gate, press the large silver button to call the farm.

Driving Directions from the North West (Birmingham)

• Take the M40 South.
• Leave the M40 at exit 8A.
• At the roundabout take the 2nd Exit "A418, Thame, Aylesbury".
• After approx 3.5 miles, take the road to the left signed "Shabbington, Ickford"
• Go through Shabbington, past Ickford and at the Worminghall X roads carry straight on towards Stanton St. John. (DO NOT TURN LEFT TOWARDS WATERPERRY).

Driving Directions from Oxford

• From the city centre, head east on the A420.
• At the roundabout with the A40, take the 2nd exit marked "Barton Crematorium".
• After approx 1 mile turn right at towards "Stanton St. John, Forest Hill, B4027"
• After approx 0.5 mile turn left into "Stanton St. John" and continue through the village.
• After approx 2 miles turn right at a fork signposted "Worminghall, Thame".
• After approx 0.75 mile you will pass 3 bungalows on the right hand side. 100 yards after last bungalow turn right into Smith's Lane.
• Common Leys Farm can be found at bottom of the lane on the right, at the green security gate press the large silver button to call the farm.
